Springer Nature and EISZ have signed e-book agreement for 2020-2021

Thanks to the agreement, Hungarian institutions are able to access Springer Nature’s e-book packages during the whole years of 2020 and 2021.
All collections are broken down by subject categories and copyright years, and archive collections are also available from 2005 to 2019. All e-books are DRM free and accessible for unlimited number of simultaneous users. The agreement makes possible to purchase e-book subject-collection packages only, no pick-and-choose or EBA/PDA models are involved in this project.
The maximum amount for e-book purchase at consortium level is 1 million euros for the full length of the agreement. The minimum level of spending is 0,5 million euro (0,25 million euro per year) which is required from the Hungarian consortium in this period.
