Procurement plan 2019

On its meeting on the 22nd on June, the Programme Board approved the EISZ procurement plan for 2019.

This table shows the core, the financially subsidized and the non-subsidized list of e-resources to be procured next year. The table contains databases selected by at least four institutions in the needs assessment survey, and for which EISZ received a valid and negotiable offer from the publishers. Negotiations will continue throughout the summer period in order to reach the best possible agreements for the Hungarian research community.

Order forms including the costs of institutional contribution will be sent to each member in the beginning of September with a deadline of 30 days to be returned to EIS. Based on the order forms, the procurement plan will be revisited and amended if necessary by the Programme Board. Public procurement procedures will commence in October, therefore the estimated number of consortium members is subject to change. It is still possible for institutions to opt-in for 2019, before the final version of the procurement plan will be approved by the Programme Board.
